Tiffanie Smith is a Licensed Massage Therapist and the owner of Sense of Healing Massage Therapy, serving Esperance and the surrounding Schoharie County communities.
Her path into massage therapy began at a young age after struggling with frequent migraines, where hands-on care first showed her the impact that thoughtful, targeted treatment can have on the body. That early experience shaped her passion for helping others find relief and feel better in their everyday lives.
She specializes in therapeutic massage focused on relieving pain, reducing tension, and improving movement. Many clients seek her out for ongoing issues such as low back pain and sciatica, neck and shoulder tension, and headache-related discomfort.
Tiffanie believes that massage therapy should be more than just a temporary escape from stress. Her goal is to help clients not only feel better during their sessions, but to experience lasting relief and improved comfort in their everyday lives.

Tiffanie completed her professional training at the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2013. She has continued her education with advanced training in techniques such as myofascial release, cupping therapy, hot stone massage, and headache-focused treatment.
Her approach combines focused therapeutic techniques with a calming, attentive presence, creating a session that is both effective and deeply relaxing.
